Responsible pharmacist

Vietnamese pharmaceutical law requires every wholesale establishment for medicines and starting materials to have a named responsible pharmacist on its licence. That person answers for the quality of goods moving through the warehouse and is the point of contact for quality complaints.

Who does what

These four areas are where customers and partners actually work with us.

Pharmaceutical affairs & quality assurance
Led by the responsible pharmacist. Owns batch quality documentation, manufacturer qualification, complaint handling and batch traceability requests.

Regulatory affairs
Handled in house, not outsourced. Prepares registration dossiers for materials, works with the authorities and supports overseas partners bringing products into Vietnam.

Commercial & market development
The route in for quotations, samples and orders. Works with customers' R&D teams to narrow down suitable materials before the grade is fixed.

Warehousing & supply chain
Runs the GSP-certified warehouse at head office, import procedures, storage-condition control and delivery to plants nationwide.
