This page explains how larissapharma.com handles your information. Much of what follows describes what we do not do, because the site was built to collect as little as possible.

The site does not collect personal data automatically

You can read the entire site without registering, signing in or leaving any information. We set no tracking cookies, build no user profiles and sell data to no one.

• Fonts are served from our own servers; opening a page does not call Google's servers.
• The Google map loads only after you actively choose to view it. Before that, no request reaches Google.
• The server keeps ordinary technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for operation and abuse prevention.

The quotation request form

The quotation form does not send data to this website's server. When you submit, your browser opens your own email application with the details filled in, and you decide whether to send it. What you typed leaves your device only when you send that email yourself.

Information you send us

When you contact us by email or phone we receive what you provide: usually a company name, a contact person, an email address, a phone number and the details of the material you are asking about. We use this to prepare quotations, send technical documentation, arrange samples and discuss orders — nothing else.

Sharing with third parties

To quote a material we sometimes need to ask the manufacturer about price, lead time or specification. In that case we pass on only what the enquiry requires — normally the material, the grade and the quantity, without your personal contact details unless you agree to it.

We may also disclose information where a competent authority requires it under the law.

Retention and security

Email correspondence is kept in our internal mail system to support order follow-up and the record-keeping obligations of a pharmaceutical distributor. Access is limited to the staff who need it for their work.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where it is no longer needed for the purposes described. Send your request to the email address at the foot of this page and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes — for example if the quotation form later submits to our server instead of opening your email application — we will update this page and change the effective date shown at the top.
